RAWNIE PARSONS-LOCK
TANGIBLE SHADOWS
Exploring my living room shadows in quarantine 2021. The day shadows are captured in cotton. I did this using Cyanotype and finally made the shapes using sugar water. The night shadows have been traced and this form has been repeated using many vibrant colours. For the paintings I used acrylic paint, oil pastel and paper pulp on wood.
